Lynn M. Hua

I am an Assistant Professor at Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business in the Greenberg School of Risk Science.

My research interests lie in studying the design and regulation of health insurance markets and how to use incentives to promote quality and value in healthcare.

I hold a PhD from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (Department of Health Care Management) where I also was an associate fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics.

I was a postdoctoral fellow in Health Care Markets, Policy, and Regulation at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School from 2023 - 2024 before joining Georgia State. 

Prior to Wharton, I was a predoctoral research fellow at Stanford Health Policy. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
