Lynn M. Hua
I am a PhD Candidate in Health Care Management and Economics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. I am also an associate fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics.
My research interests lie in studying the design and regulation of health insurance markets and how to use incentives to promote quality and value in healthcare.
Prior to Wharton, I was a predoctoral research fellow at Stanford Health Policy. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
During the 2023-2024 academic year, I will be a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School supervised by Leemore Dafny. Starting Fall 2024, I will be an assistant professor at Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business in the Department of Risk Management and Insurance.
