Lynn M. Hua

I am a Health Care Markets, Policy, and Regulation Postdoctoral Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School where I am advised by Leemore Dafny. 

Starting Fall 2024, I will be an Assistant Professor of Insurance Economics at Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business in the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Science.

My research interests lie in studying the design and regulation of health insurance markets and how to use incentives to promote quality and value in healthcare.

I hold a PhD in Health Care Management and Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where I also was an associate fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics.

Prior to Wharton, I was a predoctoral research fellow at Stanford Health Policy. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
